Hot air balloons were preparing to head out for another day of the Philippine Hot Air Balloon festival. The balloons were all inflated in all sorts of colors, shapes and sizes. It was such a wonderful sight if only it was a little bit less cloudy. No wonder it was cloudy, Mr. Sunshine was still busy gossiping with the other balloons.
